Aeroflow Performance steampipe turbo manifolds are engineered to channel exhaust gases efficiently through a merge collector, perfectly matching our Boosted range of turbochargers. The design ensures all pipes enter at the same angle, merging at a central point and directing airflow straight into the turbine. This setup eliminates cross-entry of pipes, maintaining undisturbed airflow for optimal boost control and flow. Minimal back pressure at the manifold-turbo connection guarantees the best possible flow.

Constructed from thick wall 3mm mandrel bent steam pipe, Aeroflow turbo manifolds feature CNC machined header and turbo flanges, milled post-welding for precise surface finish. Each manifold comes with a short wastegate starter pipe, allowing fabricators to select the desired wastegate size and positioning.

For shipping, the manifolds are finished with a black enamel coat. For long-term protection and reduced under-hood temperatures, we recommend wrapping the manifold with exhaust wrap or applying a ceramic coating.
