Stage 3 Intercooler Core
The Process West Stage 3 Front Mount Intercooler Core for the Ford BA/BF Falcon features a massive 500 x 425 x 100mm bar & plate core, delivering unmatched cooling efficiency and airflow for optimal engine performance. This is the largest and most efficient intercooler available for the BA/BF Falcon.

The intercooler core is available in your choice of black powder-coated or polished silver finishes.

Plenum Chamber
The Process West Plenum Chamber is precision CNC-machined from solid 5083 billet aluminium, offering exceptional strength and durability. The plenum features smooth bell-mouth runner entries for ideal airflow to the cylinder head. It includes a plug-in throttle body extension wiring loom for an easy installation without wire cutting. Custom cover plates are also available for a personalized touch.

Under Battery Cold Air Intake
The Under Battery Cold Air Intake system is engineered to work seamlessly with the Process West billet plenum or other custom setups. It utilizes the space under the battery tray, previously occupied by factory intercooler plumbing, to maximize airflow and efficiency.

Note: This air intake system is not compatible with the factory intercooler setup.
