Product Description:

The Process West Stage 1 Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the Ford FG Falcon includes a precision-engineered stepped intercooler core. The core dimensions are 396 x 272 x 90mm for the bottom section and 396 x 135 x 62mm for the top section, using a bar & plate design. This is the largest and most efficient intercooler available for the FG Falcon, ensuring optimal cooling performance and smooth airflow for enhanced engine efficiency.

The kit includes mandrel-bent powder-coated aluminium piping, silicone hose joiners, and stainless steel clamps, making it a complete solution for superior cooling performance. With no cutting required, installation is straightforward and hassle-free.

The intercooler core is available in two finishes: black powder-coated or raw polished aluminium.
