The Process West Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler Core is designed for the Ford BA/BF Falcon. It features a 500 x 360 x 80mm bar & plate design with high-flow polished aluminum end tanks, providing optimal airflow and efficient cooling for the engine. Available in two finishes: black powder-coated or polished silver.

The Throttle Body Re-Location Kit is designed to maximize throttle response by shortening the intercooler piping length. It also enhances engine bay appearance and avoids bonnet rubbing issues that can occur with 3-inch piping. This kit includes plug-in patch harnesses for easy installation, as relocating the throttle body requires extending the wiring.

This advanced Under-Battery Cold Air Intake system is engineered for use with Process West’s billet plenum or other custom setups. It utilizes the space previously occupied by the factory intercooler plumbing under the battery tray, providing better airflow and intake efficiency.

Important Note: This intake system is not compatible with the factory intercooler.
