Stage 2 Intercooler Core

The Process West Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler Core for Ford BA/BF Falcon features a 500 x 360 x 80mm bar & plate design with hi-flow polished aluminium end tanks. This ensures optimal airflow and effective cooling for better engine performance.

Available in black powder-coated or polished silver finishes.

Throttle Body Re-Location Kit

Designed to maximize throttle response, the throttle body relocation kit shortens intercooler piping length, enhances engine bay appearance, and prevents bonnet rubbing. The kit includes plug-in patch harnesses for easy installation, without cutting cables.

Battery Relocation Kit

The Process West Battery Relocation Kit moves the battery for more clearance and improved performance. Mounting the battery behind the driver’s side foglight area keeps the battery cables short, preventing voltage drop. Simple installation without cable cutting, ensuring easy jump-start access.

4″ Race Air Box

The 4″ Race Air Box is designed for high horsepower applications. Featuring a 6″ internal diameter K&N filter, it connects to a 4″ silicone hose, delivering maximum airflow for 500rwkW+ power levels. Ideal for high-mount turbo setups and 4″ turbo inlets.

Note: This air box can be used for high-mount turbo configurations with a simple pipe section and is compatible with larger turbos.
