Product Description:

Stage 2 Intercooler Core

The Process West Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler Core is designed for Ford BA/BF Falcons, featuring a 500 x 360 x 80mm bar & plate core with high-flow polished aluminium end tanks. This ensures smooth airflow and effective cooling of the charge air entering the engine, optimizing overall performance.

The intercooler is available in both black powder-coated and polished silver finishes.

Plenum Chamber

The Process West Plenum Chamber for BA/BF Falcons is CNC machined from solid billets of 5083 aluminium. Known for its strength and ability to handle high pressure, this billet aluminium plenum ensures exceptional durability and performance. The smooth, bell-mouth runner entries promote ideal airflow into the cylinder head. Additionally, it includes a plug-in throttle body extension wiring loom for easy installation without cutting wires. Custom cover plates are available for added personalization.

Under Battery Cold Air Intake

The Under Battery Cold Air Intake system is engineered for use with Process West’s billet plenum or other custom setups. It optimizes the space under the battery tray, previously occupied by the factory intercooler plumbing, to improve airflow and efficiency.

Note: This intake is not compatible with the factory intercooler setup.
