Stage 2 Intercooler Core:
The Process West Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler Core for the Ford BA/BF Falcon features a 500 x 360 x 80mm bar & plate core, designed for superior airflow and cooling efficiency. The high-flow polished aluminum end tanks ensure optimal engine performance. Available in black powder-coated or polished silver finishes.

Plenum Chamber:
The Process West Plenum Chamber is precision CNC machined from solid billets of 5083 aluminum, known for its strength and ability to withstand high pressures. With smooth, bell-mouth runner entries, it promotes perfect airflow into the cylinder head, providing superior engine performance. Includes a plug-in throttle body extension wiring loom for easy installation, without cutting wires. Custom cover plates are available for a personalized touch.

Battery Relocation Kit:
The Process West Battery Relocation Kit moves the battery from its factory position to maximize space for larger airbox installations. The battery is mounted behind the driver’s side foglight area to minimize cable length, preventing voltage drop. The kit is easy to install without cutting cables, and includes a laser-cut battery tray and high-density P7000 terminal distribution block for easy connection.

4″ Race Air Box:
The 4″ Race Air Box is designed for extreme power levels, featuring a massive 6-inch internal diameter K&N filter and a 6-inch to 4-inch bell mouth. It connects to a reinforced silicone hose that delivers maximum airflow for power levels of 500rwkW+. The air box is compatible with high-mount turbo configurations, and an optional 4-inch to 4-inch silicone hose is available for those with upgraded turbos.
