Stage 3 Intercooler CoreThe Process West Stage 3 Front Mount Intercooler Core for Ford BA/BF Falcons features a 500 x 425 x 100mm bar & plate design, providing the largest and most efficient intercooler for the BA/BF Falcon. This ensures optimal airflow and effective charge air cooling for enhanced engine performance.

The intercooler is available in black powder-coated or polished silver finishes.

Throttle Body Re-Location KitThe throttle body relocation kit improves engine bay aesthetics and performance by shortening intercooler piping for maximum throttle response. It allows for a true 3-inch intercooler pipe size without causing bonnet rubbing. The kit includes plug-in patch harnesses for easy installation without cutting wires.

Under Battery Cold Air IntakeThis air intake system is designed for use with the billet plenum or other custom setups. It utilizes space under the battery tray, which becomes available once the factory intercooler plumbing is removed, enhancing airflow and engine efficiency. Please note, this intake is not compatible with the factory intercooler setup.
