Stage 3 Intercooler Core
The Process West Stage 3 Front Mount Intercooler Core for the Ford BA/BF Falcon includes a 500 x 425 x 100mm bar & plate core. This is the largest and most efficient intercooler available for the BA/BF Falcon, promoting smooth airflow and superior cooling for optimal engine performance. The intercooler core is available in black powder-coated or polished silver finish.

Throttle Body Re-Location Kit
The throttle body relocation kit is designed to shorten intercooler piping, improving throttle response and enhancing the engine bay’s appearance. This kit enables a true 3-inch pipe size without bonnet rubbing issues, ensuring the shortest possible intercooler piping length. The kit also includes plug-in patch harnesses for easy installation, without the need for wire cutting.

Battery Relocation Kit
The Process West Battery Relocation Kit moves the battery to the driver’s side foglight area, optimizing space for larger air box installations. This relocation reduces voltage drop and improves starting performance by keeping battery cables short. Installation is simple, requiring no cable cutting. The kit includes a laser-cut battery tray, bracket, and high-density terminal distribution block, ensuring easy access for jump-starting or charging.

4″ Race Air Box
Designed for extreme power levels, the 4″ Race Air Box utilizes the space where the battery was originally located. The air box features a massive 6-inch K&N filter and connects to a 6-inch to 4-inch bell mouth, delivering maximum airflow for power levels exceeding 500rwkW. It is compatible with high-mount turbo configurations, with a simple pipe section for installation. For those with upgraded turbos, we offer a 4-inch to 4-inch silicone hose (PWBACAI03-hose) to simplify installation.
