Stage 3 Intercooler Core

The Process West Stage 3 Front Mount Intercooler Core for the Ford BA/BF Falcon features a massive 500 x 425 x 100mm bar & plate core, offering unmatched cooling and airflow efficiency. This is the largest and most effective intercooler available for the BA/BF Falcon.

Finish options: Black powder-coated or polished silver.

Plenum Chamber

Crafted from precision CNC-machined 5083 billet aluminium, the Process West Plenum ensures superior durability and airflow efficiency. Designed for high-pressure performance, the plenum features blended bell-mouth runners for optimized cylinder head air intake. The package includes a plug-in throttle body extension wiring loom for seamless installation and optional custom cover plates.

Battery Relocation Kit

This kit repositions the battery behind the factory foglight area on the driver’s side, providing space for larger air box installations. With a laser-cut tray and bracket, installation is straightforward, requiring no cable cutting. The system also minimizes voltage drop and ensures easy access for jump-starting or charging.

4-Inch Race Air Box

Engineered for extreme power, this air box uses a 6-inch K&N filter paired with a 6-to-4-inch bell mouth, delivering optimal airflow for up to 500rwkW+. Ideal for both standard and high-mount turbo configurations, the air box’s 4-inch outlet aligns with most high-mount turbo inlets for seamless integration. Optional 4-inch silicone hoses are available for larger turbo setups.
