The specially designed GT2440 intercooler boasts a 25-row tube and fin design, offering enhanced strength and flow. Specifically engineered tank ends ensure ample air volume across the entire core, minimizing pressure drop. With revolutionary new construction, this intercooler sets new standards for strength, lightweight design, and flow capacity, establishing itself as the strongest, lightest, and highest-flowing FG intercooler available, setting a new benchmark for high-performance intercooler kits worldwide.

The piping in this kit is designed for optimal airflow, taking the shortest possible route with minimal bends and silicon joiners. The innovative HDi CLAMP minimizes silicon ‘steps’, resulting in a larger, smoother effective airflow area, reducing turbulence and pressure drop. Perfect for applications requiring extreme performance and reliability, the HDi CLAMP and HDi Super Clamps offer ease of installation and quick release for engine maintenance.
