Aeroflow Performance steampipe turbo manifolds constitute a series of pipes designed to collect exhaust gases efficiently. These gases can be directed into our merge collector, perfectly tailored for compatibility with our Boosted range of turbochargers. The merge collector’s innovative design ensures that all pipes enter at the same angle and converge in the middle, directing exhaust flow straight into the turbine. This strategic arrangement prevents airflow disruption, achieving an optimal balance between boost control and flow. With minimal back pressure at the manifold-turbo junction, our turbo manifold guarantees exceptional flow efficiency.

Crafted to the highest standards, Aeroflow turbo manifolds are constructed from robust 3mm mandrel-bent steam pipe. The CNC Machined header and turbo flanges undergo precise milling post-welding to achieve an impeccable surface finish. The manifolds come with a short wastegate starter pipe, allowing fabricators the flexibility to select the wastegate size and its positioning.

For shipping purposes, each manifold is coated with black enamel. However, we recommend either wrapping the manifold with exhaust wrap or applying ceramic coating to ensure protection for external components and reduce under-bonnet temperatures.
