Aeroflow Performance steampipe turbo manifolds constitute a series of pipes designed to efficiently collect exhaust gases, which can be directed into our merge collector perfectly matched to our Boosted range of turbochargers. The innovative merge collector design ensures that all pipes enter at the same angle, converging in the middle and directing exhaust flow straight into the turbine. This configuration prevents airflow disruption, achieving an ideal balance between boost control and flow.

Crafted to the highest standards, Aeroflow turbo manifolds are constructed from robust 3mm mandrel-bent steam pipe with CNC Machined header and turbo flanges. Each flange undergoes precise milling after welding to ensure a flawless surface finish. The manifolds come with a short wastegate starter pipe, allowing fabricators the flexibility to select the wastegate size and its positioning.

For shipping purposes, each manifold is coated with black enamel. However, we recommend either wrapping the manifold with exhaust wrap or applying ceramic coating to ensure protection for external accessories and reduce under-bonnet temperatures.

Aeroflow Performance turbo manifolds are available to suit various makes and models, with different flange and wastegate sizes available.
