How did we achieve this? Our engineers invested numerous hours in developing a unique replaceable co-polymer valve seat.

What does this mean for you? Traditional aftermarket performance Fuel Pressure Regulators commonly employ a metal-to-metal valve and seat, which inherently fail to maintain pressure positively during engine shutdown, potentially leading to startup challenges.

Here at GFB, we integrated a softer, more flexible yet robust material for the valve seat, ensuring consistent positive sealing and pressure retention during shutdown. This design guarantees factory-like sealing, reliable startup, and superior fuel resistance suitable for Unleaded, Ethanol, Methanol, and Diesel fuels.

Additionally, we employ a double-layer diaphragm, doubling the reinforcing material and resulting in a burst strength exceeding 500psi!

The multiple inlet/gauge ports also accommodate a wide range of fuel system configurations beyond standard inlet/outlet setups, including parallel fuel rail or returnless “deadhead” systems. With two gauge ports available, you have the option to run both a mechanical fuel pressure gauge and an ECU fuel pressure sensor if desired.
