Aeroflow Performance steampipe turbo manifolds efficiently channel exhaust gases through a merge collector, perfectly matched to our Boosted turbochargers. The merge collector design ensures all pipes enter at the same angle, merging centrally and directing airflow straight into the turbine. This setup prevents airflow disruption, ensuring optimal boost control and flow with minimal back pressure at the manifold-turbo connection.

Constructed from thick wall 3mm mandrel bent steam pipe, Aeroflow turbo manifolds feature CNC machined header and turbo flanges, milled post-welding for precise surface finish. Each manifold includes a short wastegate starter pipe, allowing fabricators to select the desired wastegate size and position.

Manifolds are finished with a black enamel coat for shipping. For long-term protection and reduced under-hood temperatures, we recommend wrapping with exhaust wrap or applying a ceramic coating.
